Unhappy with data usage

The usage of the fast lane is not correct. After a very long conversation about htis last month with a representative, we have nbeen shutting all internet trafiic down e=when not online with the exception  of the email server. This is rediculous to have this kind of limit in this day/age, but there is something that needs to be recalibrated on the co. end of this since there is no way we are useing this much data. Someone needs to call me and re-set the data usage protion of this or we will cancel- and not honor the 2yr agreement since the usage is incorrect.

I can understand your frustration concerning your unknown data usage. If you send us and email with your account and contact info to exedelistens@viasat.com, we can check your daily consumption categories and give you a summary based on your daily traffic.

Doesn't matter if you honor the contract or not..they will debit that amount from any car you have ever given the! I suggest to ask question and fully understand be for doing anything. Also I have been told there are.several kind of counter that you can add to your equipment that measures what comes into your house...might be a wise investment!?Then you will have proof!
