That was funny but there was a post by one customer that was upset with it.
User posted in part:
"Anyway, having spent many years in direct support of customers I've that better support comes from laying off the attitude. So, I ask this with respect - was that video a gag?"
I would have thought that the give-away was when it showed how the modem can pop popcorn.
