Exede has raised my rates.  Exede has hung up on me on the phone.  Exede is the slowest internet imaginable, even slower than dial-up at PREMIUM times.  And now I'm on freaking eterna-hold again for a customer service problem.  There is a better value on hughesnet and the next time they put me on hold will be the last.
