Just received notice this morning that after initial threats to turn me over to collection, all the run around from supposed employees etc, VIASAT responded to my Better Business Bureau Complaint with the Denver office by fully crediting my account. I am sorry it took the BBB and the FCC to help resolve this, but I do need to acknowledge that the right thing was finally done by this company. And thanks to the BBB and the FCC for being there when consumers need their help. It really does make a difference when we act rather than sit back and take things we feel are not right.
