I just hope this goes to the right person. I can tell that your customer service on this posting is excellent. Exede your internet group that take care of this forum should be acknowledge for the great work they do. People like Kimberly and I wish I could remember a lot of the others names, but you should be so proud of them. I would like to see other that watches this forum that will agree with me, ad a post about your favorite CSR or just like my post. I know there is never enough Thank you's given. I so hope the management and supervisors are aware of the great job of these people. So come on guys, lets all say "THANK YOU FOR BEING CARING OF YOU JOB AND GIVING GREAT SEVICE"

I agree with you  Danielbo. There are a lot of wonderful  helpful people on this forum. People like Kimberly and others that work for Exede but then there are others who are very helpful that are just people with Exede like us the customers that also jump in and give helpful information.  So I join Danielbo with a BIG THANK YOU !!!!

I have been with Exede for 34 months now, and am very satisfied with my service. It was so much better than the Wildblue Legacy I had for many years prior, love the great speed.

Choosing to be a country dweller and the freedom it offers means that internet providers are limited. Exede is the best of the two choices I have available.

What makes it even better is the service that the Exede moderators can provide for folks with problems. They have helped so many. Thanks.

Hate to hear you not feeling well. There is something going around here. One minute last night I felt perfect and within a minute I was throwing up, the next person came home today with the same issue. I think by tomorrow I will be over it. Its just that time of the year. Take care of yourself Kimberly.

Danielbo--Hello sorry to hear you and your family are sick. I live in Michigan and there has been a lot of flu going around. Guess things calming down now but for a while even hospital staff were sick. You and your family take care and have a fast recovery.

This forum and the "Exede Team" is what WildBlue/Exede has needed for years.  Some people choose just to rant and won't be helped, but those that honestly seek it will find help here.

Amber and Kimberley have both helped me with different issues and have been amazing to work with. Even following up after my issue is solved to make sure that I am ok and everything is running as it should. I am very new to Exede and was confused about a couple of things but they worked with me until I was on track. As long as the Freedom Plan comes to my area, I will be with Exede forever! Cudos to you too and all of the others that go that extra mile for their customers, we do appreciate it!!

As a member of the Dealer Advisory Council to ViaSat and an independent "watchdog" of these forums, it also brings me great joy to see positive feed back.  This team has really stepped up and have seen that social media forums can be a great experience to turn around and save customers.  Unfortunately, they have to take a lot of heat in the moment at times and do a great job!

Our council will be meeting one last time for this session and I will pass this along to them, their team leader as well as Mark Dankburg the CEO, who I will also have the honor to speak with!

Keep up the "Excedient" work Social Media Team!

I truly enjoy using Exede for my ISP.  I have not had any issues with service or data usage.  I have went over some early on but we worked thru.  I now have the Freedom Plan and using at most 40 GB of my unlimited.  I have referred several people to Todd with Network East in Kinston, NC.  They did a great job with my install. 

It sure beats by 512 K DSL we had with Centurylink.  They kept promising upgrades but actually slowed me down from 768K and actually that caused more issues.

I also have been very happy with my service.  And yes I have gone over my 25GB limit several times, but I know exactly where my data went in each case!

All the Exede folks I have communicated with via email have been great!

I have to admit that Exede Kimberly followed through with all her promises, corrected the problems with billing and actually got my money refunded--something I was worried about. Thank you!

I agree with Dan and everyone else on here: these ladies do an outstanding job and deserve our utmost appreciation. How they manage to keep their religion and tongues and hair intact is beyond me.
