Terrible Speeds In Mississippi - Anyone else?

Service has performed "resets" on their end, it gets somewhat better than this.  Last week they confirmed "network outage". 

Service started in August with the Freedom plan.  It was great but now it is terrible.  So bad have to use VZ backup.
HORRIBLE in Mississippi right now ... was the same last week.
DOWN 0.55 Mbps
UPLOAD 0.94 Mbps

JWMS, that is really slow, even for prime time. There may be another issue with your system or account that can be fixed so, please send and email to viasatlistens@viasat.com with you account and contact information and, ask them to investigate your slow speeds.

They will be able to take a look and see what can be done to improve your speeds.

It's the speed I get every night during primetime!  Nothing wrong with my system. 


Some beams are just terribly slow during primetime.

As of 1:20am speeds have increased...  Maybe congestion was right, but I don't get it when it used to be very good even at night.

Spoke to support on the phone and the rep suggested Tier 2 and then Tier 3.
