I called yesterday and spoke to Melissa S at tier 3 support. She was able to get us up and running, but today we do not have Internet. I called back spoke to Kandise SLV1863 she instructed me that I could not get tech support level 3 again because her supervisor would not approve it. I asked to speak to her supervisor and I was told supervisor would call me back within 45 minutes. That was 3 hours ago, I do not appreciate being lied to. My wife called back tonight and the tech support man instructed us to switch providers, because we are no longer under contract as of 2 days ago. I have put my credit card payment on hold until, I recieve Internet. You will not get payment. Call me.
