Terrible process to return eqiupment

We canceled our account and paid the extra fee to cancel early, we only needed to send back the equipment, which they are supposed to send a box for. I have called about my account since 300 (equipment fee) was taken from my account while I was waiting for a box to arrive so I could ship my equipment back to finalize the ending of my account, I called twice today and while on hold for over 20 mins waiting to speak to a supervisor I was hung up on TWICE! I would like a box delivered to our house so we can return our equipment and the money we owe for equipment only wiped from our account. I have screenshots of how long I was on the phone the majority of it on hold. I am just infuriated that I was hung up on trying to resolve this perfect problem. We have spokenot to a supervisor earlier this week who assured us it would be resloved. Be careful signing up for terrible Internet, unless you only want to be able to update your smart tv. Xbox and computer every month for a sustainable fee.
