Terrible Excede Voice service.

Why has my phone gone off again? This is the third day in a row my phone has gone off. Am I suppose to pay only part of my bill for the part time service I am receiving? This is the second time I have contacted you'all about this same problem and have not received any answer. What's the deal? Your company gets paid on time and I expect to be able to make a call whenever I pick up the phone. Lona

Is it just the phone or are you loosing internet service as well? If you are loosing internet, have you power cycled the modem and your computer? is there weather at your home or gateway that might be causing the interruptions?

If it is just the phone, have you power cycled the voice adapter? is it connected directly to your modem? Is you phone or phone base station connected directly to the voice adapter? have you tried a different phone to be sure it isn't the phone itself?
