I need to cancel services, your company has been the most unprofessional to deal with. I have paid my first bill of 150$ and I have yet to even receive he proper equipment to use the services that I paid for. Every customer service rep has no idea what is going on and they point fingers to other departments rather than facilitating a resolve. Worst internet provider, I couldn't say how well the excede voice works because the failed to even provide me with the equipment in over a weeks time. Please can you tell me my contract terms so I can cancel service after only one month.
