This is the worst company ever. their customer service is absolutely terrible, second only to their services. After a month they were never able to supply the services that they advertised. Speeds were never up to par. And it only cost $350 to get out of the contract that they could not meet the requirements of. I have never met a more rude or dissatisfying customer service in my life. This company is unable to provide the service that they sell and are unwilling to help in any way, they are only in it for the money. I do not have anything nice to say about their business or their product.

Chris I hope you realize that the only people who see this message also are other exede customers since you feel so strongly  you may want to consider a public platform like yelp or google

Sorry you had a bad experience.  Not sure if you did your homework or what your expectations were.  My family has been a customer for over 10 years and we have been very satisfied.

Feelings have been expressed on many platforms. Current customers should be informed as well as potential customers. I did my homework and asked pertinent questions up front. Advertised service was not able to be provided. Customer service was rude and hostile about admitting any fault. Even installation tech apologized and refunded install fee. He won't install exede anymore. Terrible company with terrible services.

Maybe the tech was the problem from the beginning. I also have been a customer for 10 years. I am also a tech. Exede is very reliable and tech support has always been great.

Might be luck of the draw. My experience was poor. I was treated poorly. My experience does not seem to be alone...

Even installation tech apologized and refunded install fee.
My installer is almost ready to give it up over the way I was railroaded into a more expensive account.

I can't say the phone reps have always been great for the last 10 years, I have gotten a couple of very unknowledgeable reps that gave me ridiculous excuses for outages but, they were so silly as to be funny. Overall I have had good experiences with reps and, the service as always been good except the few times there is an outage for a good reason, maintenance or weather.

It seems incredible to me that I signed up for a non-wfi plan and they set me up for a wifi plan which costs more and then refuse to do anything about it when I ask for the plan that I ordered. In fact I am now paying for a wifi modem and I don't even have one.

I agree,and live for the day that I can dump this service which is Oct. of this year. Now again they have raped my bank account before the bill notice arrived to allow me to assure the funds would be available. The service is awful,snails speed ,and connectivity issues abound. Can't stand this company....which ,by the way was mis- represented as a bundle when I aquired Directtv.
