Viasat is my internet provider. Since I had it installed, about a month ago, I have made to calls for a technician twice and had to wait serveral days before one could come out. The first time, I was able to solve the problem my self, the second time was entirely different .I had lost my wifi and could not get it back. What I couldn't understand was I still had my wifi on my laptop and TV. From this point I called Viasat several times with no results. I was told that the earlist time a tech. could come out was October 29th, the call was made on October17th. This was 13 days earlier. This is ridiculous. As much as Viasat charges for there internet, I am surprised they don't hire more technicians for there coustomers. Who do I need to talk to get something done.
