I'm still sometimes getting suspended. Just happened Oct. 1 without a warning email. Just poof! To make things worse, the Attention! message at this URL, notice.exede.net/customer-suspend.html has a broken link. The link is supposed to take the customer to account.viasat.com, but it doesn't - I get server not reachable error. This has happened before. It wasn't just a one-time glitch. Please fix this because folks need to be able to pay when these sudden disconnects happen. We are in the jungle in Hawaii w/out cellphone service. I need to drive 12 miles to town to get online and make the payment. Thanks!
