Need help with email

I can't sign into my account, forgot the password. When I try to change the password it's giving me security questions that are wrong. I don't have a dream car and I don't know the name of the city where my parents met. How did this happen? What am I doing wrong?
I just want to be able to see how much download my son has used before he uses it up every month!
