Why is it ok for Exede to take money out of my account when they could not figure out how to do there jobs correct. I moved they came out re-did my whole contract told me I had to mail the old head or eye and modem back when they send me boxes . I called every three days for well over three months to get the boxes I gave them a correct address they kept saying well it was sent back, again I gave them a correct address they kept saying they sent it out.. Well after two months I told them they had better not take the money out of my account they said well we will deduct it because you have not returned it. I told them if this is recorded please go back and read it where I have been trying to return the items. Then he said well they will take the money out then when they get the items they will return it. Bull. I did finely get a rep that knew what he was doing oh and now it has been three months. He told me they others were sending it back to the old account number when you move and we redo your account they change your account number they were on the old account. I said that was not my fault and I should not be charged. He then stated they will take the money but return it as soon as they receive your items, I did get the boxes two days later and sent items right away. Got home and they had taken my money out of my account, It has been about two weeks and they have yet to return my money! If I ever get out of this contract I do not care if I have to drive 30 miles t town I will do that and not get this rip off company! they set it up where you have to start over every time you do anything then they can just do whatever they want. I call this theft.. I hope this helps someone else out there if I knew how they treat there customers, I would never use this service.
