Trouble with moving service

Why is it ok for Exede to take money out of my account when they could not figure out how to do there jobs correct. I moved they came out re-did my whole contract told me I had to mail the old head or eye and modem back when they send me boxes . I called every three days for well over three  months to get the boxes I gave them a correct address they kept saying well it was sent back, again I gave them a correct address  they kept saying they sent it out.. Well after two months I told them they had better not take the money out of my account they said well we will  deduct it because you  have not returned it. I told them if this is recorded please go back and read it where I have been trying to return the items. Then he said well they will take the money out then when they get the items they will return it. Bull. I did finely get a rep that knew what he was doing oh and now it has been three months. He told me they others were sending it back to the old account number when you move and we redo your account they change your account number they were on the old account. I said that was not my fault and I should not be charged. He then stated they will take the money but return it as soon as they receive your items, I did get the boxes two days later and sent items right away. Got home and they had taken my money out of my account, It has been about two weeks and they have yet to return my money! If I ever get out of this contract I do not care if I have to drive 30 miles t town I will do that and not get this rip off company! they set it up where you have to start over every time you do anything then they can just do whatever they want. I call this theft.. I hope this helps someone else out there if I knew how they treat there customers, I would never use this service.

Did you send them back with "Delivery Confirmation" so you have proof? I always do this with any return so that they cannot say that I did not send something back no matter who the company is.

No one can post account information here. You would do best to email your account information to exedelistens@viasat.com or call customer service at 855-463-9333. Either way, they will be able to look at you bill and see what happened.

Thank you but about 20 min. after posting my money was back in my bank. Exede needs to train company to figure out they are working on the wrong account this was not my fault and because of this I am very disappointed  in your company . Because your employee's did not know what they were doing caused all this problem. and to have you just go in and take money out of my account really made me worry about how safe my bank account is. When my subscription is up I will be looking elsewhere.  Thank you for your concern.

We got serviced for them and for 6 days nothing would load we cancelled and they took 344 dollars out of our acct as soon as they received their merchandise back :( Will not send email for 7 to 8 days stating that we agreed to this which is something we did not do.

Actually, you did agree to it. 15.00 USD times 24 months is 360.00 USD. So 23 months is 345.00 (assuming you paid full price for one month at the time of install.) See the customer agreement which all of us had to sign when we got the service.

Sometimes when mine was down they would credit my account for a week or two.
