Unhappy with Exede!

I have never been more disappointed with internet service in my life. I was getting 12GB for $75 and for some reason was running out every month, even though I was using 4G on my phone. Then I increased it to 25 for $10 or $15 more. I still ran out and my bill is now $110!!!! I am ready to do what I have to do to cancel this service. What a rip off!

Judy,  I'm sorry your increase in data plan has not resolved your data usage issues. Please send an email with your account and contact information and we will review your account to see if we can figure out why your data increase has not helped.

I still haven't heard anything from you. ....After an email stating that you were going to see what the problem was with my account. Apparently you see no issue?
