Do you have another device you can connect to the network and verify the internet is working? If it is then it may be that the bluray player is trying to reach a web address that it cannot at the moment.
Can you login to https://my.exede.net and confirm you are not over your data allocation for the month?
Those are just a couple of initial suggestions. I do not have one of those specific devices so any further assistance would be generalized. The 2 above steps would be where to start.
