I was told that I had a ten day grace period to pay my bill. My bill was due the 12th and I made my payment online the 22nd at 9 am. By 10:30 am my service was off. I logged into my account and saw " your service has been suspended for non payment, make a payment to restore your service" I called and spoke with 3 different representatives and was told my payment was still processing and it would be 24 hours until my service would be restored. They said there was nothing they could do. Very frustrating that after 6 years of being a loyal customer service would be suspended after a payment was made.
