suspended due to late payment. I am current, no payment is due. What's going on?

Just got a notice (on internet sign-in) that my service was being suspeneded due to late payment. I am current, no payment is due. It shows that on my account system. Regardless, it just disconnected me.

Here's the message I got on my iPhone when it tried to connect after being disconnected from the internet:

Dear Customer:

It appears that your account has a past due balance, so we've temporarily deactivated your account. To resume service, please make sure your payments are current.

If you receive Exede or WildBlue Internet service, you can make a payment online by logging into your My.Exede.net or eCare.WildBlue.net account.

If you receive your Internet service from another service provider, please contact that service provider to resolve any issues with your account.

I have been on with a tech who could not find the problem...
While we were talking (over 30 minutes) the system reactivated itself.
Very frustrating.
