Super Slow Speeds

Above is my current speed, yes I am currently on the classic plan and DAP'd but my speeds are nowhere near the .5mbps that they normally are ( The most my full data speed has lasted me is 10 days) and it is extremely slow

What beam are you on? Some beams are very congested still at 10:00 PM and, being DAP'd means you are the lowest priority for available bandwidth.

I have seen speeds that low here when I am over my limit, due to congestion, it's usually better early to mid morning.

To build a bit off what Bev suggested I show this is from your phone and a router could break the speed up a little more as well while in a DAP'd state.

Ah, I didn't see the iPhone. Yes that maters. I have a 6S Plus myself and, it is slower on WiFi than on Cellular data, a lot slower. Downloading a 2 GB update on my home WiFi take it 8 to 12 hours, even if I am not DAP'd. That's iPhone and WiFi for you.

To get an accurate speed test, connect your computer directly to the modem via an Ethernet cable, then run the test with no other application or programs that us the internet running. Yes it might be that slow even that way with heavy congestion on your beam, but, that's only at the busiest times. Off peak usage hours should be better. (I know that usually when most people are sleeping but, that's when we get the best speeds.)

The download speeds being so low and upload above average indicates bad tria,

Cameron,  Please give Exede Customer Service a call at 855-463-9333 so we can troubleshoot the issue with you. There could be many factors causing your slow speeds. Thanks
