What is going on with the SLOW speed. I know you state "up to" but come on a speed of under 2 in the evenings is unacceptable! If I call in all I receive in the "congestion" . When is this going to be resolved?
I've been a subscriber for a couple of years now. I move up to the Gold Plan when Viasat 2 came online. The first couple of weeks were great. I was getting speeds up to 70 down and 5 up averaging the promised 50 and 3. Then it all went to crap. The consistency just isn't there. It's very frustrating as the wife works from home. She's now going to get an office in the city so she can have reliable internet. There were some days, didn't matter the day or time as I did speed tests all the time, where I was getting below 10 down and 0 up. I read that they had antenna problems early on. I wonder if it's a lingering problem with that??? Needless to say they continue to have technical issues. The potential is there just not the consistency.
