I just recently chose a larger plan for data usage so I can stream video programs. Problem is the speed is so slow I can't even watch anything. What is wrong? I went to help page, said to run speed test, that won't even work. I am so frustrated with Exede. I have been a customer for over 2 years because it's my only choice. I have not ever been pleased with the service.
