Have been using Exede for roughly 5 years. Recently we have been getting close to our limit on the 18gb liberty plan. Just before the end of last months billing period I decided to go ahead and upgrade to the 30gb plan. All of a sudden 2 days into the new cycle and I get a notice that we are on Liberty pass!!! 30g gone in 2 days? Spent a couple hours wasting my time with tech on Friday afternoon. All they want to say is that I used that much data. According to their graphs our usage spiked about the time of the upgrade and ran 24 hours per day and continued even after the system went into liberty pass. No change on my end since prior to upgrade. Tech can't or won't explain what could be doing this. I have just unplugged the modem since Friday and only plug it in if I have to get on the internet to check email.
