This blue purple light is coming on my box this service sucks my internet is not working and yall want me to pay to have someone come out and replace this box

Have you tried unplugging it for 4-6 min then replugging it back up ?

I been with them a couple years now and if they wouldn't have restarted the 24 month clock when I moved I wouldn't be with them now...they all about collecting money....not helping advice...get diff service

Most satellite customers don't have another choice. Different service ain't an option.

Same thing today and tired of resetting. Says inclement weather but it’s been clear today. Even though I haven’t been able to use it I was able to check my data usage 5.8 gig already. Don’t know how. After numerous phone calls over the last several weeks I finally have a technician coming on Monday. I’m not very optimistic.
