Unreal Exede can't even remember to turn my data speeds back on when I have priority data what an absolute joke I am so sick of this nightmare .

Justin if you haven't reset the modem please do so. If you've done this and still have this speed, still have priority data call us at 855-463-9333 or email us at exedelistens@viasat.com as that's an indication of something clearly wrong as you should be reset

Could the speed be that low because of a congestion problem and not because speeds haven't' been "turned back on"?  But I guess you are saying that you know you had used up all your priority data, and you are thinking that when your new billing cycle came round, that your speeds should be consistently back up higher?  Makes sense, except that periods of high congestion can interfere with speeds for everyone at time, regardless of amount of priority data is available.

I have never exceeded my data allowance, but have on occasion seen speeds as low as what you have above.

I live in a beam with lots of problems with high traffic congestion every day, from around 5 p though to at least 2 a.m, if not even later.  I always have speeds between 1 and 5 mbs during those hours..despite having not used up my priority data at any time. Sometime, when congestion gets REALLY bad, my speeds drop even lower than that, and I start having more problems staying connected, and everything else.

I have had my current EXEDE plan /subscription now for over 2 years, and the congestion problem has just gotten worse and worse.  I have chosen to stay with my Exede 12 plan, and am glad I didn't change to a Liberty plan, based on what I have heard.  And at this time, Exede is not selling any new subscriptions to their service in my beam, because of the congestion problem  At least I still have the late night free zone, as long as speeds don't drop so low I can't do anything online.

Wondering when this problem may begin to be dealt with, hopefully, by EXEDE via new satellite/new technology?

These were speeds while ON priority data.  As Brad indicated I reset the modem and it brought me me back to the normal, yet pointless (10MBPS).  Nice to know that Exedes hardware cannot handle the constant, asinine resetting of the data speeds, I'll be sure to remember to reset it every month.

I emailed "exedelistens" and asked for both a copy of my "signed" contract and my sales call.  They did mail me a copy of the contract but I've not received it yet, but the "escalation" rep(they didn't even give me a name), stated that it was not necessary to review the call because "Unfortunately in this case, a call would not be necessary to pull as the information to which you were provided by the agent was correct and is also within your 24 month contract agreement as well in regards to the Liberty plan which is 1 to 5 Mbps download speeds. The speed and experience you get has to do with the time of day, your geographic location and the type of activity you’re engaging in online:".  This is COMPLETE hogwash, how in the heck can the rep even know what was said if they didn't review the call?  This is the whole reason I want my contract and the sales call review, to prove one way or the other whether the contract is even valid, in my mind it is not.  All I want is my contract voided so that I can look into other options, but it appears that is unlikely to happen, I guess Exede is OK with their salespeople misleading people into fraudulent contracts.
