Still waiting for return box

We cancelled our Exede Satellite service on 5/18/16 because we sold the property. We are still waiting for the box from Exede so we can return our modem, power supply and tria.

Please email your account information to exedelistens@viasat.com or, call them at 855-463-9333. I'm going to guess they accidentally sent the return box to your old address and, you need to contact them ASAP to get it resent to the right place before you get billed for unreturned equipment.
