Still No Answers

 I still don't have any answers or solutions to my problem, I called in and spent nearly a hour on the phone with a rep and a supervisor and they could not figure out what happen. Then I emailed twenty four hours ago and no reply so what is the deal. Supervisor said that they can't understand what happen and told me to wait for corporate, so when can I talked to someone in corporate? I am upset  because my plan changed without my knowledge and now I just want someone to explain to me why thank you.

I explained this before. It is the WEEKEND. Corporate support isnt in. Monday I am sure you will get an update.

They withdrew your money but no help or tech support to our home. I still waiting since October 24, 2018. Or they call while you are at work and not at home instead of setting up a time to figure out what happened

My internet has not worked since Oct 24, 2018. Do not charge me for something that I can not use. I have to use my phone for some websites. I was told to wait until the weather is clear. The weather is clear. I still don't have use of my internet. I have as for a technician to come to the home and I pay for extra.
