STILL dealing with issues!

Last month we ordered service with DirecTV, supposed to bundle with AT&T however our nightmare began when Viasat was contracted instead. They came and installed on a Sunday, the internet NEVER worked. The installer claimed it was the modem, we bought a new modem...still didn't work. Even though we shouldn't have been charged they claimed that it would cost $100 for a technician to come troubleshoot the issue. Then we could dispute it. Then we realized we were not on the plan that we had agreed to with DirecTV. Viasat refused to change the plan or fix the non-working internet. DirecTV contacts them and realizes that they cut the internet cord when installing satellite the following day (Monday). Viasat offers to let us out of our contract (THANK YOU) and waive the termination fee. We remove all the equipment and return it to make sure we aren't charged anything...THEN WHAT DO YOU KNOW...$370.81 comes out of my account. Not to mention we paid $43 for installation that NEVER WORKED! After an angry aggrevating call to the billing department they claimed that they could not handle the billing only corportate handles these transactions but they would "escalate" my issue and I would be refunded in 3-5 business days. We are on day 5 NO REFUND. Apparently I was charged because the reversal was mistakenly not processed. WHEN WILL THIS COMPANY EVER GET IT TOGETHER and WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?!
