I had Exede for 6 + years at my previous address with no connectivity problems. We have now been at our new residence for about a month and I have to unplug the equipment at least 3-4 times a day to get a signal. What could be the problem?

Many things can cause that ranging from an improper installation to obstructions, like tree limbs to, loose cables, dish alignment. Send an email with your account information to exedelistens@viasat.co and, ask them to see if everything looks okay from their end.
