Xode0000 is correct. This is the same company and since you are now upgraded you are only paying one bill. Wildblue is a bit outdated so it's a good thing you're on Exede now. We can more easily troubleshoot if you call in, you can add data, you will see faster speeds and in a few short months you may have options that may blow the current plan out of the water once ViaSat 2 is active for our customers. Feel free to email us at exedelistens@viasat.com if you have any questions

I think of WildBlue as the grandfather of Viasat Internet service, it's old, slowly dying. Exede is the 30 something son of WildBlue, younger, in better shape, the one you want to deal with for now. Viasat 2 will bring the next generation of service into the family.
Being on Exede now, puts you in the best position to step up to better when Viasat 2 comes online in a few months.

By all means scan, but there's a chance that it's simply a mislabeled or corrupted desktop shortcut as you've described here - assuming Windows, right click on the shortcut, display its properties, verify it's actually pointing at Google Chrome and change the label to something more appropriate if the scan shows nothing. Failing that create an all new shortcut for it.

"The invoice and payment system, called PentaSAP, was designed by Walldorf, Germany-based SAP. "
Seems to be a program to generate invoices?
