Hi Gina, I can see how this would be a good idea but unfortunately, this is not a feature that we offer. I can just advise to keep a close eye out on your monthly data consumption going forward. If you have any further questions or concerns please send us an email at exedelistens@viasat.com

Assuming you're using 2 different devices and a router, you might want to quickly check to see if your router has the ability to set data quotas on a per device basis (although rare in my experience, some do offer that under firewall settings). Parental controls probably wont fit your needs but worth checking also - most parental controls are simple time frames that a device has access and not data usage based.

Other than than, you might want to install a robust traffic/usage monitoring application on each device but recommendations for those applications are operating system dependent. For example, Glasswire is available for Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 - it includes a bandwidth overage monitor which notifies the user when a specified amount of data is used on a monthly or weekly basis. Unlike a router solution, it only notifies and doesn't prevent further usage. Glasswire has the added benefit of letting you know exactly what's eating your data allowing you to adjust as needed.
