Last three months, speeds UNDER 2MBPS. I'm done...fix it or come get your equipment. Before you say it, tech support will only say congestion, rebooted modem, router, cleared computer, etc. THREE months of congestion is enough!
Have you static discharged your coaxial cables and/or tightened them? Static discharging involves removing the coaxial cables from the back of the modem and touching the wire in the center. I had to do this constantly on Hughesnet. Not supposed to have to do it with Exede though. I was having speed and connection problems and the technician came out and took apart and then tightened the connections on the cables at the satellite. Not sure if that would help.
Its also possible its a QMT throttle-- if they admit to doing such a thing. I'm still trying to get an answer on that.
