Don't miss the best part...
From the ViaSat website...
"We have designed a way to offer the same amount of bandwidth to every device," said Jamie Perry, JetBlue's (JBLU) vice president of marketing.
He said a flight from Boston to San Francisco had 190 devices connected at one time. "They could still stream video smoothly."
The "bandwidth fire-sale" continues.
And there are people that actually say I don't know what I'm talking about.
Sheep, they're all sheep.
I suspect that your problem is due to either parasitic devices on your network that you don't know about and/or parasitic software cruft in the programs you are using.
I am pretty much outraged by this because of their misleading statements in the contract and their advertising. I expected "occasional" short periods of slow internet but not that the system becomes basically useless after the data limit is reached. Had I known this I would have never signed up. Now I'm stuck with a stupid 2 year contract otherwise have to buy myself out paying more than $350.
