Speed very slow

We pay for the 12Mbps and on get .5 upload and .6 download, don't understand why this can even be possibele???

There are many reasons for slow speeds that range form using all of your data for the month to equipment issues, to congestion on your beam and, more. The best thing to do is to send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com with your name, account number and a request for your slow speeds to be investigated. They will be able to see what is going on.

I don't know about anybody else, but this month, even before we exceeded our cap, the speeds were very slow.  Had to live with irate husband rant after rant after rant.
