Speed running way to slow and Im on the unlimited plan

Hello, I've recently subscribed to your unlimited service at the 25mbps and over the last couple of weeks its gotten slower and slower. I've gotten to the point i cant run a video without having to buffer. The tim eof day doesnt matter its just always running and 5 or 6 or even as low as 2 mbps. can my account be checked and is there somethings I need to check in my modem/wifi router? Alex, which Unlimited plan do you have? As it states, the video quality is reduced on those plans, 360, 480 or, 720 resolution and, trying to stream in a higher resolution will cause buffering.

Speeds are reduced while you are streaming to force video providers to deliver the lower resolution.

It would be nice if either the champion with editing rights or the forum mod would delete the poor guy’s personal info.
