And for all you Champions that might suggest my connection might be the problem, here's the same test at 7:30am the following morning...

Conclusion --- The beam is overloaded.

Conclusion -  the beam is overloaded during peak usage periods based on two speed tests. But pretty common on my beam also.

After 3 years not much has changed in that regard:

and any benefits of added capacity of Viasat-2 have not materialized for those of us on Viasat-1 - some claim they haven't materialized on Viasat-2 either (except for a select few).

Many would actually be "happy" with your original result during peak usage periods...
