Speed after using up priority data?

When i purchased my exed package i was told that no matter what the slowest speed i would encounter would be between 1-5 mbps... so obviously that was a complete bold faced lie by my ISP or exede.  Yes i have used my priority data...thats what its for, so now you just shut me down to 0.15 download and a 1.61 upload, and NO i do not have those backwards.
I feel like i should be able to get out of the contract without having to pay anything, you are not holding up to your end of the contract.

Same thing here. Doesn't matter if I'm 100mb over or 10+GB over it's unusable during the hours of 5PM until 2AM. Constant disconnects, pages time out etc etc. It's as bad or worse than the DAP from the Classic plan. If you complain you get the Generic contact us message with someone to call or PM and they just tell you to Buy More or you need a service call which does nothing for you but cost money. It's a constant run around. The problem is their very aggressive DAP

Hi Todd, I'm sorry you feel that way. I have reviewed our account and due to the total data consumption, you have been slowed and are now in Liberty Pass. Liberty Pass is not unlimited data.

Heavy users of Liberty Pass may experience slower speeds than lighter users of Liberty Pass.  You are a heavy user. Your speeds on Liberty Pass will vary and in certain situations (such as during evening hours when the network is busy), the speeds may be so slow that your ability to use the internet may be greatly impaired. See the Data Allowance Policy and Network Management Policy for more information.

Ok, "greatly impaired" meaning not having the ability to actually use the internet that i pay for?
I read the legals on it, it did NOT specify a actual speed you would have if on the liberty pass...so , once again, i was told when i purchased the plan that the slowest speed would be " between 1-5 mbps" If you cannot provide that you are in breach of the service agreement.
So, now your installer has flat out lied about the service provided and your decision is to not back it up? Where does that leave me for the next 2 years? Pay myself out of a agreement that was not true to begin with, suffer paying for a inadequate internet service?
I really feel as though exede should step up to the plate and allow me to walk away without any penaltys because your installers lie about what you will actually receive.

Greatly impaired means 1992 dial up speeds, I believe it is in the fine print, and unexplained section of the contract...their sales people conveniently avoid said fine print when explaining and setting up your service.  The contract is conveniently vague when it comes to when and how much they will slow you down, but if you use too much of Liberty Pass your service will soon go to an unuseable level.

It depends on what beam you are on. I have nor had any severe slowdowns while on the Pass, during the daytime I usually am seeing around 5 Mbps, in the evenings it is around 2 Mbps. In the more congested beams, it can be unusable.

It also depends on whether you use too much data while on the pass as well, although there is no known threshold for this.

This is part of the Data Usage document relating to the Liberty Pass.

"Liberty Pass speeds will vary based on the time of day and your geographic location, and may be extremely slow when the network is busy, typically in the evening hours (about 5:00 p.m.- 2:00 a.m. local time), which may greatly impair your ability to use the internet. Liberty Pass users will receive lower priority on our network than subscribers who have not exceeded their data allowance or other
data threshold, which will likely cause Liberty Pass users to experience slower speeds
during periods of congestion than subscribers who have not exceeded their monthly data allowance
or usage threshold."

Todd, what you are actually paying for is the Priority Data on your Liberty Plan. Any data you use on the Pass is a bonus, and during the evenings it may be very slow or even unusable. During the daytime hours, the speeds will likely be in the 1 to 5 Mbps unless you are in a congested beam.
. When I am in the Pass mode, I see speeds in the 1 to 5 range regularly except in the evenning hours.

So its plain and simple EXEDE LIES about the actual download speeds after you are on liberty pass.
I was flat out told, after numerous questions about the fact, that i would indeed never see speeds slower than 1-5 mbps.
EXEDE LIES to its customers to get them into a two year contract that you must pay to be released from.
Care to give a explanation exede?
I would have to figure your sales people would know what is going on and deliberately tell the customer these things...I SURE WAS!
Exede, how do you respond to this? I was lied to about the service you provide and i expect results!

they probably meant to say you will not see more than 1-5mbps. my LNFZ is always throttled between 1-5mbps download speed every morning for the past 4 months, this is a sign of liberty which I am not even on ,so I feel I should not be throttled and be getting my 12mbps.

Mine is slow too  after 5 I get around the same results my self I wish they would drop my Plan price down I can still watch Netflix in SD and YouTube with the really bad picture my data usually last me about 4 days then it on the super slow but it does work it just cost too much for so little that's what I think and the liberty is so slow I wonder how slower it is if you don't have that on the plan might be just as good to get rid of it if it is almost as slow with out it
