spam problems

Spam does not work at all!!!! All spam flagged as spam comes back daily. How do you permanently flag spammers? It is making the email un workable!!!!

Look at the actual address of the spammer.  I bet they are different.  The email might have the same subject line and message, but the address of the spammer is different.
Set up different rules in your spam box, like to ignore a specific subject, message text, etc.
You will never concur spammers once somebody has your email address. Be careful when you submit forms.  Create and use a different email address for on-line entries.

Actually the email addresses are the same. Spam flagged addresses just don't stay flagged.  Some spammers change addresses all the time so that their emails get through the filter, but that is not the case here. The new email system does not work with spam.  Flagging for spam is the same as deleting.

Do you know what setting you have your Spam filter on with Zimbra?

No I don't....I called Excede tech and had them try to make sure spam filtering was on, but nothing changed. I don't see any access to changing the setting for filtering myself, and every email flagged still gets though and NONE get stopped. Flagging spam is the same as deleting an email in Zimbra!
