Spam problem

I have written numerous times and called many times, get no help. I am overwhelmed by spam, I did list some on the block list and it did no good. I have had about 1200 spams in the last 60 days. I was told your system was not function as it was supposed to. I have marked 100's of them as spam and they keep coming back. If your system will not take care of the spam properly you need to pay for me a antispam program. This condition continues to get worse. It only started about 4 months ago. Last technician I talked to was going to refer the problem to a higher level. Heard from NO BODY. I have requested help numerous times and get some damn form response. Had your systems for many years, but your service in the past year has been pretty pitiful.

Exede is not the one sending the spam, it's places you have signed up for and, some of those have sold your email address. Most junk email has an unsubscribe link near the bottom, use it whenever possible. Report the rest as spam.

Use an email client that has filtering, like Mozilla Thunderbird, for example - it's free.

I was told by your people that you use a program, that after you mark it spam it is supposed to send any thing related to that to a spam bin, after it has been sent several times. I was told it was not fuctioning properly.  I mark all as spam.

Get a Gmail or Yahoo account. Save yourself frustration. You don't have to use Exede's. Mine's never even been set up.

I would highly recommend Gmail.  1200 spams in 60 days is about 20 per day... not an overwhelming amount of spam per day in this day and age!!!

I have had this plan for 8 years. No spam problem, then when Outlook express was dropped it all began.
