Something wrong with Modem/wire?

Daily my modem is disconnecting once if not twice. I've been a subscriber for a very long time and have the surfbeam 2. 

I hate the waste of time it is when I call support, to be asked if I've reset and restarted the equipment.

down again for 2-4 minutes..

It is down because your Rx SNR is dropped out.  It is not down in the first screen shot though.  That is just the client side proxy stats.  You are getting a signal in that instance.  Two different things going on there.

maybe someone from viasat could comment on this.. or the fact that my modem never stays on for more than 24 hours.
