I have read so many negative posts. It would really be great
if a company could have a 100% satisfactory customer service rating but I think
we all know that is just not a reality. Things happen, mistakes are made, the ball gets dropped. That just doesn’t make you feel any better when it is you that is affected by the mistake.
We all have that happen to us at one time or another. I just came from Hughes Net. My experience was not a good one. Many of the same negative things I am reading here are things that I experienced with Hughes. I was really worried that switching was just going to be a lateral move but that has NOT been the cause.
Before I made my decision to change I had several concerns and questions that were promptly addressed and answered by the Exede customer service reps on these threads. Keep up the good work, you are doing a great job!
With that said I want to throw out a huge Shout Out for Exede, I signed up for the new Freedom plan, my customer service representative was wonderful, very knowledgeable. We scheduled my installation which was in a very timely manner. The installer was on time, very friendly and accommodated my needs. He was very informative, professional and was a pleasure to have install my service.
I am using a Netgear R6300 Smart Wi-Fi Router with my home network and my download speeds are consistently over 12Mbps and has been as high as 20 Mbps. During heavy usage times it was around 8Mbps which is still fine with me. Thank you Exede! My experience so far has been wonderful. I had forgotten what it was like to have these speeds and it’s great!
