I have consistantly used .35 GB per day for several years, there is no change in my usage patterns or what I access, now suddenly I am using anywhere from .4 to .6 GB per day. I can no longer stay under my 10 GB limit. I have enabled Active X filtering and disabled FB video auto play.. I am at wits end trying to locate the culprit of the increased usage. Need Help

Without any specifics regarding your environment, see the following, particularly those recommendations regarding AdBlock, Flashblock, proper Windows Update settings and Office 365 Update settings if applicable:

In addition if using windows 8.x, see my recent experience with it at the bottom of this thread:

Without taking all of those actions on Windows 8.1, I'd probably be sitting at 2.5 GB or more just three days into the month - instead I'm sitting comfortably at a mere .38 and continue to tweak Windows 8.1 to see how much I can get away with (or I should say my wife can get away with since it's her Surface Pro 3).

Alternately, you can send an email to one of the Exede Moderators at Include your account and contact info (don't include or publish it here). They can give you a very general categorized breakdown of usage (although not particularly useful if looking for very granular usage information).
