Billing problem

Some one from wild blue went into my bank account and took$86.00 out. i have not had this service a month! you told me, 3 months at $60.00 then $79.00 a month after, the service was turnred on ,on the 6th. of this month

is this what we can expect from you??? because if it is you can take your service back, there are to many out there to deal with dis honest people.

That's bull crap. People works to dang hard to be getting ripped off.
And it sounds like to me they need to beef up there security

Hell I haven't had a house phone since April 1. But of course I'm keeping on getting charged full bill instead of them coming out and fixing it or prorating it
call me at the number I have on fill,please

Ellie, you had Exede installed, free installation. Your first bill will include charges for the first several days of internet, prorated, and the next month's internet service charge. It will also include the $10 monthly equipment lease fee, along with the prorated charge for those first few days, and any local taxes, if appropriate.

Hello Ellie, I’m sorry if billing was not explained to you in full. That first charge is for the first month of service in advance, PLUS the 1-3 days from your install until that first month officially starts. There might also be lines for any applicable lease fees, taxes or install charges.
