I am getting calls from my own phone # with person saying your account has been hacked and your contract will expire
stay on the line and we will connect you with technician to help you ----how does this happen ?--I disconnected and they keep calling I'M sure this is a new scam Help

Most definitely a scam. If you see your own number on the caller ID do not answer.

fmj77 is absolutely correct. This is a scam. do not give them any personal information or make any payments.

It's called spoofing.  It's actually somewhat common.  Ignore it and don't pick up.  If it continues, your phone service may give you the ability to block your own number so that you no longer get spoofed calls like this.  More and more do these days.  The bad guys  do this as it's one of the ways they can get around common number blocking software.

Assuming you use Viasat Voice, You might be able to use call screening to block your own number or any other numbers.
