Wasn't the agreement to be cut back to 1-3 MBPS?  During peak hours especially Friday, Saturday, and Sunday  i consistently get .1 to .5  per two different speed tests.  Was I wrong about that agreement?

Not wrong, but only relying only the marketing information provided (where what's not being said is a frequent source of confusion and often more important than what's said). The full details of the Liberty Plan data allowance are provided in both the customer agreement and and data allowance policy documents at:

http://www.exede.com/legal/

But in a nutshell and once you enter Liberty Pass mode, your speed is capped and will vary widely based on current network conditions in your service area (i.e. network congestion levels).

Hi Brian,  As Old Lab stated, the speeds vary widely according to the time of day, as well as what you are accessing on the internet, and the total data you have used in Liberty Pass mode.  If you additional information, send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com.
