My Case #02313531 I've jumped thru your "hoops" enough. I'm sure social media will put your company out of business. I never asked for "Easy Care", and now YOU'VE INCREASED MY MONTHLY CHARGE for something I didn't want! You guys will go down when social media catches up with you, and that doesn't take long.

ViaSat isn't going anywhere, least of all out of business.

... and I bet they get priority on speed. Today my speed is 0.53. I think you know how I feel about that!

They pay a lot more money than you do. You have used your priority data for the month and instead of upgrading to a more expensive plan that would suit your needs, you come here and complain.

You shouldn't make assumptions as it makes you look like a lot less of a champion. I have used 22 of my 150--far from over my limit. We complain because Viasat appears to be doing nothing. Not all of us who post here are idiots who are clueless about internet providers!

My apologies. Most people come here to complain about slow speeds after they use up their priority data. When I'm wrong I say I am wrong. There is a name for people like me who assume they know what is going on.

Something is wrong if you are getting those speeds during the day and have priority data left. Has a technician been out to check your install?

That's my next step ... in fact, I posted a thread entitled "Service Call vs Customer Service" to see what others have done. Thanks for the apology.

Hi Phyllis,

While I have to be very careful to not disclose any personal account information I show that did NOT go to our corporate care team. The ONLY email that comes to our dedicated Corporate Social Care team is viasatlistens@viasat.com. I was able to find the case and it was worked by a frontline agent but they appeared to answer your questions thoroughly.

You can remove EasyCare at any time as it's an optional service. You just need to go to account.viasat.com or call us at 855-463-9333 and it'll take all of 3 seconds to remove it.
