So this is the thing...

So out in a 24 hour day I may have collectively 4 or 5 hours of steady connectivity. In a months time it probably goes out and stays out 20 to 30 times and its out for hours on end. The last 3 times we've called in to have someone look into possible issues they always say "well it seems to be out of alignment." Then they send this less than courteous tech who talks down to me and acts like I'm stupid when I'm trying to discuss other possibilities just in case they are wrong. That's kind my major issue with all of this. The lack of reliability is one thing, but to send some asshole paid to fix any issues we may be having is unacceptable. I'm not one for venting frustrations online because its ridiculous but to talk to them and get the whole "I'm sorry you're having issues, we will try our best to look into them." excuse. I never had these issues out of HughesNet. The tech we had was actually a joy to have here and the one time I had to call them was to simply relocate my dish because the area they put it in had thick foliage in the summer and choked my signal to nothing, but get this...It never went out. So whats so much more difficult for you guys? As I wrote this it went off 2 more times....See my point?

I may be able to help. Don't worry - I am not trying to get any money from you. I only want to help change peoples opinions about Exede and I have done it several times. Customer Service is Exede's weak point. Once we get over that, I think you will be a happy customer.
