I am glad I jumped on it when I did because it is not  offered any more no unlimited plans. Does this mean it will be deleted when I reset?

Barry, you will be on the plan you are currently on until you change to another plan offered in your area at the time. Exede does not change your plans without you requesting the change.

What you are seeing is that the unlimited plan was offered in your area, but after a given number of the plans were taken, they pulled it off the offerings, due to the data capacity available o your beam.

Well This alleged  "unlimited" is a Farce! The only difference between it and the freedom 150 is the word  "may" and $30.

@barry paepckes... just to let ya know... they said to me that they have to send a new modem out first then once you install the new modem... then... you will be aok and itll start up the new services... BUT!!! you HAVE to send back your old modem... (which they pay for the shipping and stuff :3 ) when they send your new modem AND the little box along with it :3

HOPE THIS HELPS!!! >:3

You don't, but since you have the WiFi modem have you attempted to use it with a wired (ethernet) connection rather than wirelessly - there have been a number of reports of speed problems associated with the WiFi modem's wireless capabilities to the extent that many are simply extending it's wireless capabilities with their own more reliable wireless router... one size fits all modem/router combinations are not a good match for everyone. As I recall, you've indicated you've already extended the WiFi modem with your own router - so just checking.

P.S. Which speed test site are you using? Just a wild thought but if Flash based I suppose it's entirely possible that it's being detected as "video streaming" depending on the speed test's implementation - wouldn't be the first time Exede has incorrectly categorized video - witness Evolution problems earlier this year - but that's thinking way outside the box and that incorrect categorization actually benefited Evolution users until caught ;)

They never promised you 25 mbps. If they give you on average 1 mbps and it occasionally goes higher and it has the capability of going upto 25 mbps they have met their obligation.
