Keeping my fingers crossed! After years with Hughes Net and spending a small fortune on empty promises and speed so slow I could never stream any movies, I am pretty happy with Exede so far. I just crossed the 6 month promo mark, and at this time nothing has changed. I'd been worried that after my honeymoon period was over, everything would go south. It hasn't. Yet.. My speed has exceeded (no pun intended) my expectations the majority of the time. It probably helps that I live where I live, and for that, I am grateful. Customer service has been excellent! Yes, I've had to wait several minutes occasionally to speak to a representative, but it's been worth the wait, as all my problems/questions were resolved. They are friendly, cooperative and best of all, they SPEAK ENGLISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope this relationship continues to go as smoothly as it has. If not, I will be back, but on a different forum! lol
